i been doing this finding it esay as from haw u show on the vid and the glove only do +5 to ur skill i got sume today and i deleted them after 5 try’s and 5 times of not geting it but when i dont have them on i get them all the time got all most 1k gold in 1 day from doing this do it 5 times then w8 15 mins and do it 5 more and keep doing it all day i keep all my gear in my band so i had room in my bags to get loot and loot did i get good vid m8 nice one

The chests aren’t on timers. You have to right click your portrait outside the instance to reset it after you grab the chest. There is only ever one and it spawns in one of the three spots outlined in the video.

Because blizz limits how many times you can farm instances/do chest runs like this, you can only do 5 of them per hour (at which you can do another 5 after waiting an hour).

Awesome trick, my rogue used to be my main but I’ve really gotten into my mage recently. Good to see you can teach an old dog new tricks

SO does the chest reset on timer? or you have to manually reset the instance after EACH chest?

If so, why does the article say “you will likely die on your last chest?” Is it the last chest in the video? or does the chest reset after a timer and you dont have to reset the instance?

this doesnt seem to be a good way to make gold considering 3 of the chests of the 5 will probally be locked 2 of which in the hardest spot make it very hard to get more than 2 of the chests open before your locked out for an hour.

Do u still need gloves w max lock picking?

Also is it possible to do this without master of subtlety?

yeah, it really works. And the gloves do help

I just wonder how do people think this out?
I mean how can u even think about jumping on the “balcony” near the wall, to sneak around the corner, when u don’t even know if its possible..

Blizzard didnt fix it and the dark leather gloves actually do help. The gloves are a lowlevel item, not hard to craft and cheap. Its worth it for lower failure rate. Better spend 15 min getting the gloves or wasting time waiting for CD on vanish because picklocking failed.

I used to do this without Dark Leather gloves and fail on the chests all the time. Then when I finally found someone to make me the gloves…I still fail all the time! The gloves are a waste of time, I wouldn’t bother with them.
