Best WoW Gold Guide

Five Gold in Five Minutes – Alliance Levels 22+

Even at relatively low levels it is possible to make a good amount of WoW gold. Pattern reselling is one of the best ways to make gold at low levels, and there are lots of out-of-the-way vendors who sell patterns some long-time players haven’t even heard of.

Take for example Harlown Darkweave (18,60), an Alliance-only vendor in Ashenvale (Wowhead | WowWiki) who sells Pattern: Herbalist’s Gloves (WowEcon | Wowhead).

As you can see from the WowEcon data, this pattern regularly sells for an average of 5 gold on the Auction House, but it costs only 18 silver to buy from Darkweave! All you must do is find Harlown and wait for the pattern to spawn in his trade window if it isn’t already there.

Because this is also the only place to get this pattern, Alliance players are able to sell both the crafted Herbalist’s Gloves (WowEcon | Wowhead) and (mainly) the pattern for a lot of WoW gold through the Goblin auction houses.

In addition you can find more information about reselling patterns in Valkor’s Gold Making Guide. He just put in an entire section dedicated to finding all the Burning Crusade patterns to resell, which is working out pretty well for me right now.
